   Stocks, notably commodities, which are outside commercial channels. Their exact quantity cannot be identified but they are in theory available to the market. For example, cocoa beans smuggled out of a country and sold on the black market, or stocks of palm oil from plantations owned by manufacturers and used in their own factories.
